I hope this finds you well! Up here on the "sunny" Gold Coast we are sodden, with 3 weeks straight of rain (all through the school holidays as well, oh fun!). It seriously feels like it's never going to stop. Only plus is how great to see the dams so full.

Great news for all you loyal DariFree fans. It's not often I can offer specials on this fantastic product, but I have been able to secure a stock at better than normal pricing, so from now until 30 Nov 2010 we have the following offers for you

Specials

Miss Roben's update 
We are getting close to finalising new pricing and new shipping arrangements so we can bring you more of the fantastic Miss Roben's mixes at a much better price.
As you may know, Miss Roben's went out of business during the GFC but reopened about a year ago with a new owner. Unfortunately there had been a large increase in the cost of raw ingredients and their pricing went through the roof. I reduced the range to the most popular products which we still have now (Versatile & Chocolate FreeZ ice cream mixes, Carrot cake mix, the Hint of Honey cookie mix and a Frosting mix) even though the pricing had gone up.
Thanks for your support in helping me to keep these products alive! They are fantastic mixes, made in a completely dedicated allergen free facility and I am determined to make them available here at a reasonable price. We are getting there!
So, I have a window of a week or two before I finalise a large order to consider other products from the Miss Roben's range you would like to see. I know the old Potato Bread is one a lot of people would like to see back. I would really appreciate it if you are interested in the Miss Roben's products to have a look at their product offerings here (there are 78 products, we won't be able to do them all!). If you have any favourites that you'd love to see then please drop me a quick email here and let me know what's on your wish list. I have a few of their products at home now trying them and am loving the batter/coating mix and the Bette Hagman flour mix. Please let me know what YOU'D like to see available!

 We have moved!
Over the weekend we moved everything offsite to cope with the increase in products and orders. This means I have had to streamline how things will work and as a result we will now have dedicated shipping days of Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Please keep this in mind when you place your orders.

 Jelly Beans have arrived
To add to the range of yummy lollies from Surf Sweets, we now have their Jelly Beans available. These come in a normal and a snack size, perfect for a party bag, lunchbox and to keep on hand in your bag as a portion controlled treat.
These get a big 'thumbs up' from my taste testers and I'm sure you'll love them too. Like all their products, these are made in an allergen free facility (free from gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs) and contain NO corn syrup. They are sweetened with organic fruit juice and contain no artificial colours or flavours.

Some safe Halloween treats
It seems that Halloween is becoming ever more popular in Australia, so I have included a few recipes from Surf Sweets and Enjoy Life to make some ghoulish allergy friendly treats.
The recipes are below. Some of them call for Sour Worms which we don't have available here, so you can use Gummy Worms instead. There's also a link to watch them being made in the Enjoy Life kitchen so if you'd like to see step by step how to do it, take a look at the YouTube links below each recipe. We have the Enjoy Life choc chips and the Surf Sweets gummy worms, gummy bears and jelly beans in stock. Sunflower butter you can find at a good health food shop, I've also seen it at Coles on occasion. Happy Halloween!
