Lots happening this month, so without further ado, please read on for all of our news!

Easter the Allergy Friendly Way

I hope your Easter Eggs all turned out OK. Mine was a huge hit, here are some pictures of Tim enjoying his. It was so heavy he said it was more like a grenade than an egg (it weighed almost 300g!!) Thanks to Enjoy Life choc chips for making it possible for him to have such a treat for Easter.

Feedback needed urgently

Due to ever-increasing costs of organic ingredients and unreliable supply chains, Love Cake are considering making their mixes non-organic. The recipe wouldn't change so you still get a magnificent allergy friendly cake with no nasties. What we need to know is - would you prefer Love Cake to use organic ingredients and pay more for them OR would you buy Love Cake if they used non-organic ingredients and prices should be slightly less then they are now?

Please send me your feedback so we can make a decision based on what our loyal customers want. Please email me here

Lots of Enjoy Life news this month.

1. New cookies

Available now, the new favourites in our house the No-Oats Oatmeal cookies. Soft-baked cookies made with loads of crispy brown rice flakes and plump dark raisins. A perennial favorite of kids and adults alike. Check the shopping trolley
for all details

2. Snack bar reformulation
Enjoy Life have reformulated their snack bars, so over the next few weeks I will be shipping the new versions as the old stock runs out. Ingredients are very similiar to before with no radical new ingredients, and all the bars remain gluten, dairy, soy, nut, egg, fish, potato, sesame & sulphite free. They come in new packaging design on the box as well. The bars are exactly the same weight as before, but some appear to be a little shorter, and that's because they are more dense than before. Enjoy Life are still using the old wrappers which they had stock of which may make the bars appear smaller. Please be assured you are not being short changed, and the new bars are denser and chewier and much tastier than before and exactly the same weight. Prices remain the same.
Once the old stock is gone, the shopping trolley nutritional panel will be updated to show the new version.
Please contact me if you have any queries.

3. ON SPECIAL
Snickerdoodle cookies + Double Choc brownie cookies for $7.50! save $4 per box.
These have 'best before' dates of end April/early May and are just fine for weeks after that, especially if kept in the fridge. These are available in the "specials" section of our trolley, please click here
Available only while stocks last.

DariFree news

Due to rising ingredient costs, DariFree has issued a price increase. At this stage we are able to absorb this as the exchange rate is working in our favour at the moment, so there is no change to pricing here in Australia.

If you are using DariFree in your baking, here are some tips for substituting DariFree in place of other popular ingredients so you can adapt your old recipes accordingly.

I wanted to share this feedback from a very excited customer after she received her first order

"Hi Kris
I received my package of goodies today - and so far I have tried the cookies!
These are amazing! I feel like I've gotten my life back! Cookies with taste! Texture!
They are perfect 10/10! I've eaten a lot of gluten free 'cardboard' as I call it...
These are really really fabulous! Can't wait to try the rest!
Thank you so much!
Michelle, Mt Cotton, Qld"

Remember - if you have a testimonial - words and/or pictures - and you are happy for us to use it on our website and facebook profiles, we will send you a free product of your choice to say thank you. No strings attached, any product of your choice is yours in return.
