Well we are on the countdown to Christmas now - where did the year go??

 

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support and referrals and business during the year. It is a privilege that I get to work with not only wonderful products but wonderful customers, and I sincerely appreciate your kind referrals and spreading the word. Being such a small business, our best advertising is our happy customers, and I thank you for taking the time to tell others about us.

 

Of course there are a lot of food issues around Christmas for those with allergies and restricted diets, and this month I've included some christmasy recipes and treat ideas.

 

I've also received from Enjoy Life some copies of their Food Allergy & Intolerance Survival Guides - a fabulous resource particularly for those starting out. It lists common sources of allergens, hidden ingredients, how to modify recipes and more.
