Hope this finds you and your families well.
It is still a very uncertain economy we're dealing with, and this means things are still volatile with pricing, depending on what the Australian dollar is doing. Things have eased a little since last month which is good news, and as new stock arrives we will adjust pricing accordingly, hopefully we have seen the worst of it.
Finally the much anticipated Enjoy Life products are available! We are very excited to bring this range into Australia for the first time. Enjoy Life are the USA's largest Allergy Manufacturer, and have a dedicated facility in Chicago where all the products are made in an allergen-free environment. Once you have ordered from us, your credit card details are kept on file and can be used for future orders. Please be assured these are kept locked in a safe here in hardcopy, and are not stored on a computer.

| Enjoy Life in Australia!
Don't worry - eat happy!
That is the mantra from Enjoy Life foods. You can indulge in their delicious range of products with no worries - all of their products are FREE FROM gluten/dairy/soy/nut/egg/fish/tree nuts/shellfish/sesame/potato/casein/sulphites.
We are proud to have a range of Enjoy Life products available in Australia for the first time. You will have previously seen their choc chips on our site, they are now back in plentiful supply. As well we have 2 varieties of soft-baked cookies (Chewy Choc Chip and the sensational Snickerdoodle - they are irrestistible!), 2 varieties of snack bars (Caramel Apple & Sunbutter Crunch, the favourite in our house. These snack bars are fortified with vitamins and minerals and are perfect for school lunch boxes and on-the-go snacks). Finally we are thrilled to have Enjoy Life's newest products, their Boom Choka Boom chocolate bars. Trust me, the kids (& chocolate lovers of all ages!) will be estatic when they taste these chocolate bars. Boom Choka Boom bars are truly allergy friendly - FREE from dairy, gluten, nuts, eggs & soy. Recipes
Oliver's DariFree Lasagne
(with thanks to Leah for her recipe)
Ingredients :
1 onion
1kg mince
1 tin diced tomatoes
1 large jar pasta sauce
1 large garlic clove
3 carrots
2 zuccinis
Salt/pepper/herbs to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 packet gluten free lasagne sheets
1.5 cups DariFree Original
1 heaped tablespoon gluten free flour
100g nuttelex/ghee
Bolognaise sauce :
Brown onion & garlic in oil, add mince and brown.
Add grated carrot & zuccini. When soft add tinned tomatoes, pasta sauce and salt/pepper/herbs. Let simmer for a while. (if you need to really disguise the vegies, blend it all in a food processor).
White sauce :
Over low heat melt Nuttelex and add flour stirring constantly with a whisk until you have a smooth paste. Add DariFree and continue to stir until it thickens. Add salt/pepper to taste.
In baking dish add layer of bolognaise, then lasagne sheets, bolognaise, lasagne sheets, white sauce, bolognaise, lasagne sheets and finish with a thick layer of white sauce (can top with herbs).
Bake approx 25 minutes in a moderate oven
Hint : the White sauce is great over spaghetti or veges too!
