Welcome to 2008 and our new look newsletter. It is my aim during the year to bring you information about new products, pricing changes, specials, recipes and other tidbits which may assist you.
Thank you all for your ongoing support and business. It is always my pleasure to deal with my wonderful customers.
We are looking forward to an exciting year ahead. We will be at both the Brisbane and Sydney Allergy shows, there are some new products in the pipeline and we are expanding the retail options. So stay tuned over the coming months as we bring you details of our exciting new developments.

Different ways to use our products
 Try the Chocolate cake mix & carrot cake mix made up as muffin size cakes. They freeze beautifully and are the perfect size for the kids. Very handy to have ready for parties, special occasions and to keep in the freezer at school for any unexpected celebrations.
For a deliciously rich chocolate icing use 1 packet of Enjoy Life choc chips and 1 cup Original DariFree heated to just below boiling. Pour the DariFree over the choc chips and whisk until smooth. This makes enough to ice 2 large cakes and is always a taste sensation.
Instead of making the ice cream mixes up into one big bowl, make up the mix and pour into individual ice block moulds from the supermarket. Instant "paddle pops" for the kids. A fantastic summer treat.
DariFree is endlessly versatile! Try it in any recipe where you'd normally use milk - your lasagne white sauce, custards, smoothies, in your tea or coffee. See our website for more delicious recipes using DariFree. If you have your own favourite way of using DariFree, let us know and I will include it in here to give others some inspiration.

Where would you like to see DariFree?
Over the past 3 years, we have mainly offered DariFree for sale via mail order from our website. This has been very successful but as we grow, we also need to expand the options available for people who would like to purchase DariFree.
During 2007 we began to stock DariFree in to some health professionals and retail stores. We will have an updated list of these outlets on our website soon.
We would like your help in continuing to expand the range of places DariFree is available. If you have a dietician, naturopath or Health Food store that you would like to see stocking DariFree, please drop me a line at kris@gcfree.com.au with their details. |
Does your local cafe offer delicious low allergy treats?
While there seems to be a good selection of gluten free foods now available in many cafes/coffee shops/deli's, we still have a long way to go for those of us who are dealing with multiple allergies and need yummy treats free of many things.
For cafe's, making low allergy food and using alternative ingredients can be time consuming, experimental and expensive. This is where the Miss Roben's mixes can save the day! These wonderful mixes, free of all the major allergens and made in a dedicated factory free of all the nasties, are perfect for cafes to make on their premises and offer for sale to the ever-increasing population who need to manage multiple allergies but still want to enjoy a tasty treat. And remember these mixes are also Kosher and Vegan.

Temporary Shortage of DariFree
Please bear with me over the next few weeks, as we have a temporary shortage of DariFree. The Manufacturer has had logistical problems which have prevented my shipments from leaving the USA. I hope to be all caught up and back to normal stock levels by mid January. In the meantime I may have to part ship your order to try and stretch the little remaining stock I have here.
