Greetings!
I know this was a short week but I really can't believe it is already Friday afternoon. What a fast week! We have been working away getting ready for the new year. Our fiscal year starts in July so we always have a lot to do as the year winds down! Of course, there is always lots to do! Right now Jean, Lydia, and Mary are busy preparing for a Family Fun Day that will be held tomorrow. They have some great games and activities planned - I will tell you more about the event next week.

 New Skills
Youth from the Young Parents and the Youth Employment Skills Programs had a great meeting this month. Lisa Cannon, with Prevention Consultants of Missouri taught the youth a self-defense class.
Several minutes after this picture was taken the young woman flipped this young man to the ground. We have a wonderful video of the event. Youth are still talking about what a great time they had! Thanks Lisa!
