The Lord God is a like a sun and a shield; the Lord gives us kindness and honor. Psalm 84:11
Rejections are like a bee sting. Stings happen along the journey of life. You can't control people and keep them from rejecting you. But you can keep rejections from distracting and keeping you down. How? Be letting God's acceptance compensate for their rejection. When others reject you, let God accept you. He is not unhappy or angry with you. He smiles over you. If you'll listen right now, you can hear Him say to you, "I'm proud of you." Take a moment to let Him pour His love on you.
Today's Prayer: Dear Jesus, Thank you for accepting me. Your love is incomparable. I love you, Jesus. Amen.
