     An intense life moving experience not only learning how to teach hot yoga but learning of our own human potential.  The ability to help others through yoga and to be able to experience the peeling away of our own personal layers and boundaries.

  Here is a brief synopsis of dates.  The beginning immersion part of the training is so important in that you will be guided by teacher training team in the foundation of your own personal and physical change.  Not only will you be learning but, you will be transforming your body, mind, and spirit... in hyper speed!  The process is incredible!

Dates of the Training:

March 18^th : 5pm to 9pm : Orientation and Class

March 19^th to March 23^rd : Morning to Night (5 Day Immersion)

March 24^th  : 8:30am to 1:30pm (Saturday)

         March 25^th : OFF DAY (Sunday)

March 26^th to March 30^th : Morning to Night (5 Day Immersion)

March 31^st : 8:30am to 1:30pm (Saturday)

April 13^th : 7 pm to 10 pm (Friday)

April 14^th : 10:30 am to 2:30 pm (Saturday)

 
April 27^th: 7pm to 10pm (Friday)

April 28^th : 10:30 am to 2:30pm (Saturday)
 

May 11^th : 7 pm to 10 pm (Friday)

May 12^th : 10:30 am to 2:30 pm (Saturday)

May 18^th : 7 pm to 10 pm (Friday)

May 19^th : 10:30 am to 2:30 pm (Saturday)

May 20^th : 11am - 5pm GRADUATION DAY (Sunday)

NOTE: Slight adjustments to the schedule and times may occure prior to and during the training.  Prepare to be a little "flexible" :)
