     An intense life moving experience not only learning how to teach hot yoga but learning of our own human potential.  The ability to help others through yoga and to be able to experience the peeling away of our own personal layers and boundaries.

  Here is a brief synopsis of dates.  The beginning immersion part of the training is so important in that you will be guided by teacher training team in the foundation of your own personal and physical change.  Not only will you be learning but, you will be transforming your body, mind, and spirit... in hyper speed!  The process is incredible!

Dates of the Training:

March 27^th : 5pm to 9pm : Orientation and Class

March 28^th to April 1^st : Morning to Night (5 Day Immersion)

April 2^nd  : 8:30am to 11 am (Saturday)

         April 3^rd : OFF DAY (Sunday)

April 4^th to April 8^th : Morning to Night (5 Day Immersion)

April 9^th : 8:30am to 11 am (Saturday)

April 29^th : 7 pm to 10 pm (Friday)

April 30^th : 10:30 am to 2:30 pm (Saturday)

May 20^th : 7 pm to 10 pm (Friday)

May 21^th : 10:30 am to 2:30 pm (Saturday)

June 24^th : 7 pm to 10 pm (Friday)

June 25^th : 10:30 am to 2:30 pm (Saturday)

June 26^th : 11am - 5pm GRADUATION DAY (Sunday)

NOTE: Slight adjustments to the schedule and times may occure prior to and during the training.  Prepare to be a little "flexible" :)
