NCIDQ Study Sessions
The fall NCIDQ exam is coming up fast.
ARE you prepared?
NEW ORLEANS
Dru Lamb, IIDA is hosting study sessions as well as an all day, real-time, practice for the practicum sections. Sessions will include helpful hints, practice multiple choice tests, practice practicums, and critiques.

If you have already taken the exam and have insightful information to share feel free to join us.
MISSISSIPPI
If anyone is interested in taking the spring NCIDQ from Mississippi please contact Kyra Schaub @ 601-209-8215. We are in the process of compiling a list of those interested in taking the test so it can be hosted in the Jackson area along with a step course.
Important NCIDQ dates to remember:
August 3 - Fall Registration Deadline (if you have already turned in your application)
August 17 - Late Registration Deadline
October 3-4 - Fall Exam
December 10 - Application Deadline for Spring '09 (for first time applicants)

NAWIC offers classes through BRCC
Course: Introduction to Blueprints
This course familiarizes trainees with basic blueprint terms, components, and symbols. Explains the different types of blueprint drawings (civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing/piping, and electrical) and instructs trainees on how to interpret and use drawing dimensions. Two oversized drawings are included.
7:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday, September 20th & September 27th
(16 hour course held on two consecutive Saturdays)
The fee will be as follows:
$150 for NAWIC members
$175 for non-members
We need 15 people to make this happen. If you are interested please contact me as soon as possible so I can finalize details with the Director.
