Movement Matters (Scotland) patricia.eckersley@btopenworld.com 01620 825285 07803000611 Childhood is a joyful and exciting time for most children. However some children have difficulties mastering basic skills such as riding a bike, tying shoelaces, reading, writing and spelling. Often parents and teachers wonder why a child struggles learning skills that should be well within their ability. Many children with such difficulties may have 'neuro-development delay and auditory processing difficulties'. Movement Matters provides a diagnostic assessment by working with the parents, child and school and puts in place an individual physical and auditory programme for the child with on-going support and monitoring.
