Random Aspekts' School of Hip Hop Looking for something for your young dancers to do during the Easter holidays? Get them along to Dance Base for the Random Aspekts' School of Hip Hop to learn the freshest moves and coolest skills.10 to 16 year olds will get the chance to try Turntabalism (DJing); Emceeing (rapping); Graffiti Art; BBoying (breakdancing) and Human Beatboxing. This one off Easter school will be the first opportunity to try all these skills together.

Angela Watson runs ballet, tap and modern dance classes in the Colinton and Farimilehead area of Edinburgh. The ballet classes start from 3 years and up and the tap and modern from 5 years. There are also classes in ballet and tap for adults. There is the opportunity for pupils to sit RAD ballet exams and ISTD modern and tap exams. All dancers have the chance to perform at the Churchill Theatre.
We are also running a Mama Mia dance workshop on Saturday March 21st in FIrrhill High School at 11am -1pm. Cost is Ł8.00 for the mornning.

The Drama Studio teaches Drama in ten Edinburgh venues to young people aged 4-16 years. Students will learn to develop their skills through natural improvisation seeing their own stories come to life ! They will perform regularly, older groups getting Theatre performance opportunities. We also have singing and dancing classes, a Casting Agency, run Themed Birthday Parties and Drama Holiday Activity weeks at Easter and Summer.

Following the phenomenal successes of Oliver! in 2006, High School Musical in 2007 and last year's Annie, the Edinburgh Playhouse will once again open its doors to the city's young actors, musicians and technicians, with another exciting Stage Experience.
Auditions will be held at the Edinburgh Playhouse on
Please arrive at the front doors of the Playhouse, wear comfortable clothes suitable for dancing and be prepared to stay all day. Refreshments will not be provided. Participants are not required to prepare anything for the audition and will be taught a song and movement on the day.
Stage Experience will run from Saturday 18th July - Saturday 1st August 2009All successful applicants must be available on all of these days
Stage Experience culminates in three performances of Anything Goes and is a fantastic opportunity costing only Ł210.(Some assisted places will be available)
