Blackfox Training Institute is committed to serving our customers in Arizona and the Southwestern US by increasing our class offerings there.  For the rest of this year, we will be offering our new BGA Rework & Repair Specialist class along with at several IPC Certification classes every month. 
BGA Rework & Repair Specialist Course:
This course clearly presents all the necessary information BGA Rework & Repair Specialists require to successfully remove and replace BGA components using tin/lead and lead-free solders.

Instruction is conducted through a combination of lecture and practical hands-on applications.  Essential areas of the science of high quality BGA rework are discussed and attendees will gain valuable knowledge to understand all aspects of the rework process.
