Greetings!

Share Your Scleroderma Story
Wednesday, Feb. 8

It's important for all of us to educate others about scleroderma. Everyone needs to know about this disease and the battle that is being fought to end it.

On Wednesday, Feb. 8, the Scleroderma Foundation is organizing a National Congressional Call-In Day. It's a day devoted to generating greater awareness of scleroderma and the need for more federally-supported research to find better treatments and a cure!

Your voice counts. You can make a difference.

Together, we can advance our hope of a cure through more research. Join the movement and thousands of other members of the scleroderma community on Feb. 8 as we carry our important message to Congress.

Chronic Illness & Time Management

If you live with chronic illness and experience bouts of difficult fatigue, you know how hard it can be to plan out your time. A person living without fatigue could simply get by with a to-do list, but for someone experiencing fatigue, you need to plan out your days and prioritize your activities.

Check out this blog post by Pamela Rice Hahn about how to improve your time management when you suffer from fatigue.
