"Yoga for Scleroderma" DVD and Other Videos Available for Purchase
You can purchase Kathleen Randolph's "Yoga for Scleroderma" DVD from the Scleroderma Foundation's online store. This 52-minute DVD was funded by a grant in 2003 from the Foundation's Texas Bluebonnet Chapter. Randolph, a yoga instructor, worked with Marilyn McDonald, a physical therapist, to create a yoga program to alleviate some of the common scleroderma symptoms. The program consists of a sequence of floor exercises, standing poses, inverted postures, and breathing and relaxation techniques-each selected because it addresses a specific symptom of scleroderma.
"Yoga for Scleroderma" is $17.50 plus shipping and handling. Visit our website at www.scleroderma.org/store/store-video.shtm to find this and other titles available for purchase. |
