Greetings!

Finding a Roommate for the
2011 National Conference

Conference Web BannerRecently, we have been receiving requests from members who would like to find roommates for the National Patient Education Conference in San Francisco. Unfortunately, the National Office does not provide a service to pair up individuals who would like to share a room.

We recommend you visit the discussion board at Inspire or on Facebook to meet others members who may be looking to attend the conference, and who would like to share accommodations at the Hilton Union Square.

Learn more about the conference today! Not sure if you should attend? View this video slideshow from the 2010 conference that was held in Boston.

We encourage you to make arrangements with conference attendees you know personally, or whose identities can be verified by third parties.

How Do I Get a Handicap Parking Permit?

WebMD LogoIf you have a chronic illness like arthritis or lung disease that makes it painful or difficult to walk, you might qualify for a handicapped parking permit. Ask your doctor about eligibility. People with limited mobility can save time, energy, and frustration when they park in handicapped parking spots near the entrances to businesses.
