In an effort to help those who have just been diagnosed with scleroderma, the Scleroderma Foundation has incorporated a new Web page to it's Web site dedicated to providing newly diagnosed patients with basic information and resources helpful to managing and coping with the disease. The new Web page titled, "Newly Diagnosed," contains a basic overview of scleroderma, frequently asked questions, medical articles and medication guides. In addition, the page highlights educational resources and information about the Foundation itself such as how to become a member, or how to join a local chapter and/or support group. This page is a one-stop-shop for first-time visitors looking to gain more information about the disease.
