Topics of Interest:

- Motivation
- Personal Development
- Other non-clinical topics will be considered
Format: Keynote, Full-Day, Half-Day, Hands-on Workshops - All will be considered.
Presentations that qualify for CE Credit are helpful, but not essential.
Approximate Group Size is 350 - 500 participants (doctors, team, spouses, consultants)

- Contact Information (email, phone, website)
- Requested Honorarium
- Do you have a relationship with a sponsor that may be interested in sponsoring your presentation?
