To celebrate the Summer Harvest, we will make a Cold Zucchini and Buttermilk Soup with Cumin and Curry $5 Another of my favorite starters is our Filet of Whitefish over Carrot Puree with a Lemon Herb Beurre Blanc and a Puff Pastry Lid $10 This is a spin off of a dish I used to do in Paris with Turbot! I think it is one of my best dishes. The Main Course will be Roasted Boneless Skinless Filet of Duck with a Spicy Asian BBQ Glaze, Sweet Corn Saute Sugar Snap Peas $19.95  Dessert This one is tough, so many choices! I think we will make a Creamy, Lemon Mousse with Wild Blackberry Sauce $6 Of course we have our full bar and wonderful selection of wines available to try and meet your needs and I will be mixing up some fun cocktails like the Sidecar!
