Happy Father's Day!!

I hope all of you Fathers are enjoying your special day! Thank to all of you who came out to the Taste of Pellston last Wednesday! With your votes we took first place!!
This Wednesday Night for our Bistro Dinner I am bringing you some of my favorite dishes inspired from my Paris teaching days. Our dessert is just a celebration of fresh, local fruit!
For starters try our Warm Goat Cheese Salad with Toasted Walnuts and Cherry Tomatoes $7
 One of my favorite starters is our Filet of Whitefish over Carrot Puree with a Lemon Herb Beurre Blanc and a Puff Pastry Lid $10 This is a spin off of a dish I used to do in Paris with Turbot! I think it is one of my best dishes.
For the main course, I have chosen Supreme de Volaille Florentine, a boneless, skinless chicken breast pan sauteed and served over stirfried baby spinach and napped with a creamy port wine sauce, garnished with seasonal vegetables. $17.95
 Dessert is a celebration of local strawberries, Strawberry Shortcake with Vanilla Ice Cream and Creme Chantilly $6
