This Wednesday Night for our Bistro Dinner I am bringing you some of my favorite dishes inspired from my Paris teaching days. Our dessert is just a celebration of fresh, local fruit!
For starters try our Warm Goat Cheese Salad
with Toasted Walnuts and Cherry Tomatoes $7
One of my favorite starters is our Filet of Whitefish over Carrot Puree with a Lemon Herb Beurre Blanc and a Puff Pastry Lid $10
This is a spin off of a dish I used to do in Paris with Turbot! I think it is one of my best dishes.
For the main course, I have chosen
Supreme de Volaille Florentine, a boneless, skinless chicken breast pan sauteed and served over stirfried baby spinach and napped with a creamy port wine sauce, garnished with seasonal vegetables. $17.95
Dessert is a celebration of local strawberries, Strawberry Shortcake with Vanilla Ice Cream and Creme Chantilly $6
