The Market is Reopening this Tuesday, May 15!!

We just received a shipment from Italy of Delicious Fruit Compotes with Balsamic Vinegar, great with cheese, meat or on dessert. 
 
We also brought in a line of Balsamic Vinegars, Glazes and Saba, Made from cooked grape must

We are getting our cheeses in from all over the world and the US

Our new wines have been arriving daily, we have a tremendous selection to start out the new season!

Also from Italy we have gluten free Penne, Spaghetti and Fusilli
pasta made from Rice, Corn and Buckwheat

Sandy, Andrea and I have been cleaning, and marking stock and generally doing everything to get ready.  I just picked lovage from my farm for tony and Chris Oliver to make our Herb Dijon Mayo today for our sandwiches.

Tony, Chris and Sara have been making Pot Pies and Soups for the freezer case, we just got in a shipment of Rack of Lamb too.  Today will be busy baking and putting on the finishing touches. So, come on in, enjoy the best sandwiches in the North, taste some wine and see what's new!
