with Chef John Sheets at the stove.

Savor John's hearty Lentil Soup enriched with Vegetables and Andouille Sausage $5

Next try Nancy's French speciality, Broccoli Mousseline with Mushroom Sauce $6.50

First Course
Linguine with Sauteed Gulf Shrimp, wilted Spinach and Sundried Tomatoes

Main Course   Macadamia Crusted Chicken Breast with Tarragon Beurre Blanc, with
Wild Rice Pilaf and Seasonal Vegetables

Salad  Thinly sliced fresh Fennel and Celery with Pomegranate Seeds and Orange Segments, dressed with Late Harvest Riesling Vinegar
