Our Dinner at The Market on Oct. 1 will start out with an assortment of tasty hors d'oeuvres followed by a Roasted Beet Salad with Gorgonzola Vinaigrette and Glazed Walnuts over Baby Arugula.

Main Course will be Roast Tenderloin of Beef with Sauce Normande, a creamy intense mushroom sauce. It will be garnished with Garlic Flan and seeded roasted Potatoes and Root Vegetables
