End of the Summer Season! It was a busy summer with a full catering schedule that we were thankful for. Most of the catering is over now with just one more wedding to go. Now I can concentrate on the Dinners at the Market and our casual Bistro Nights. Here are a few pictures of our work.

I am having trouble with my computer today, so I will have to make this short. I have been working on menus for the next couple of dinners and they are going to be delicious.
Latin Fiesta will feature a choice of Whitefish Tacos with Cilantro Slaw, Citrus Salsa and Black Beans or Cuban Chicken with Wild Rice, Scallions and Radishes.
Our Dinner at The Market on Oct. 1 will start out with a Roasted Beet Salad with Gorgonzola Vinaigrette and Glazed Walnuts over Baby Arugula. Main Course will be Roast Tenderloin of Beef with Sauce Normande, a creamy intense mushroom sauce. It will be garnished with Garlic Flan and seeded roasted Potatoes and Root Vegetables.
