After perusing Barbara Tropp's China Moon cookbook, I have been scouring the markets for Asian ingredients for our dinner this Wednesday.
We will need Yellowfin Ahi Tuna, Salmon, Pork, Asparagus, Asian Eggplant, an Array of Peppers, Garlic, Ginger, Bean Paste, Orange Chili Oil, Scallions, Coriander, Noodles, Pineapples, Bananas, Ice Cream...
