Ancho and guajillo chili and honey glazed country style pork ribs garnished with radish and cilantro

Individual terrines of tomato, rice, poblano peppers, cheese and shredded steak
Frijoles Refritos
Classic Mexican fried beans with onion and garlic, garnished with watercress and salad greens
