I just wanted to share this info with you because I think it will be a fun evening for gals to come out and de-stress! I will be there sampling wine with our friend Tom Tomalka of AHD Vintners.


Come join The Pellston Market along with other great vendors for the 1st Annual Women's Wellness Night Out!  This fun and interactive evening will feature lots of local things for women to do to increase their health in the upcoming year.  Petoskey. 

Vendors and topics include Breath of Life Chiropractic Wellness Center (Health, Stress, and wellness), The Grain Train (the importance of local and organic foods), Sandy Willoughby P.T. (Women's fitness), The Twisted Olive Cafe (healthy snacks in 10 minutes), Karen Rutkowski (Women's Self-defense), Dr. Wendy Leino N.D. (nutrition), Center City Gym (personal training and women's fitness), Vogue Salon (healthy hair care), Back to Basics Massage therapy (massage), Arbonne International (healthy cosmetics and spa treatments), and of course The Pellston Market who is teaming up with wine connoisseur Tom Tomalka for wine tasting and the health benefits of wine.

Tickets are $10 and are available at these downtown Petoskey locations:  Breath of Life Chiropractic (322 Bay St STE 3), The Grain Train, Center City Gym, Vogue Salon, The Twisted Olive Cafe.

All proceeds go to the Women's Resource center of Northern Michigan.
