The Main Course will feature Duck Breast with a Morroccan Flair, followerd by a lovely Salad Course.
 Dessert will be Semi Frozen White Chocolate Mousse Towers with Fresh Raspberries and Blackberry Sauce.

I have booked Bob Schneider and Jim Gillespie for our New Year's Eve Gala! If you are thinking of attending please let me know as soon as you can so we can place our food orders with confidence. Briefly the menu:
We will begin with some wonderful hors d'oeuvres.
First Plate House Cured Atlantic Salmon with Plugra Butter, White Fish Caviar and Creme Fraiche, Multi Grain Bread
Second Plate Seafood Bordelais, a creamy seafood stew of Lobster, Scallops and Shrimp with a Puff Pastry Lid
Ruby Grapefruit Sorbet To cleanse the palate
Main Course Your Choice of Filet of Beef with Mushroom filled Sauce Normande or Rack of New Zealand Lamb with a Sour Cherry Balsamic Reduction French Fingerling Potatoes Seasonal Vegetable
