Well, I am worried it is Thursday already and we only have 7 reservations for Dinner! The Salmon and Rack of Lamb have been ordered and I am ready to plan the prep. Tomorrow we'll poach the meringues for the Floating Islands and prepare the Creme Anglais with fresh Vanilla Beans. The only thing I am missing is you! Holiday Cookie Orders
We having also been stocking the freezer with some of your favorite items. We have Bolognese Lasagna, Butternut Squash Lasagna, Chicken and Beef Pot Pies, Beef Bourguignon and Assorted Soups. If you would like to order something or come out and shop call me and I will arrange to meet you. Of course our wines will be available too!
