Product News Andrea
and I have been working on our new product orders and things are
starting to arrive. We are awaiting some fine extra virgin olive oils
from Italy, Chile, France, Spain and California. They will all be the
most recent harvest that you can obtain! These early harvested oils
contain the highest amounts of polyphenols and antioxidants that are so
beneficial for good health. Use them liberally and you will thrive!I am very excited about the taste
and quality of these award winning world class oils.

We
are also introducing a line of Organic, Gluten Free, All Natural
Flaxseed Spreads by Laxmi. These products taste incredible and they have also
won numerous awards. They are made in small batches by an Indian food
writer and author in San Francisco, and they make delicious hors d'oeuvres or sandwiches.
A new line of Chocolate is on
the way, Amano Artisan Chocolate, produced from the bean to the bar by
the same tiny company in Salt Lake City. The number of international
awards this company has won takes up pages! This is a super premium
chocolate that will join the ranks of Patric Chocolate as our very best chocolate offerings.

Our cheese order will be the last to place, assuring that everything arrives as fresh as possible. We will continue to build on our inventory as the summer arrives!
