Nub's Nob, First Day of Skiing! If you are not in Northern Michigan, you might not know that we received over a foot of snow Saturday! This pic is from Sunday morning, out in the sun at Nub's!
I just got back from my trip to Oregon to find this winter wonderland! So, before I return to the stoves to cook for you next Saturday, I thought I'd play in the snow for awhile.
I do have a great menu planned for next weekend and it is to honor Helen Heckman on her 90th birthday! We are making her favorite dish, Steak au Poivre, I hope that you will love it too!
