Day 1: Brindisi/San Gregorio
1. AM private bus transfer, Brindisi Airport to Hotel Montecalliniin San Gregorio, times to be determined.

2.Check-in at Hotel Montecalliniin San Gregorio.
3.Free Time.
4.Welcome lunch at Hotel.
5.Free Time.
6. 05:30 PM Guided tour of Gallipoli.
7. 08:00 PM dinner at Restaurant La Puritate in Gallipoli.
 Overnight: at Hotel Monte Callini in San Gregorio.

Day 2: San Gregorio
1.Breakfast at Hotel Monte Callini in San Gregorio.
2.10:00 AM visit to Marta's olive oil company, Societą Agricola Merico, including a stroll through their historic olive groves.
3.  01:00 PM tasting lunch with the owner of Societą Merico Company.
4.  03:40 PM Guided tour of Otranto.
5. 08:00 PM Dinner at Restaurant "La Fulana"

Day 3: San Gregorio
1.Breakfast at Hotel Monte Callini in San Gregorio.
2.   09:30 AM Bus transfer to the market to buy all the ingredient for the cooking class. 
3. Light lunch at the hotel.
4. 03:00 PM Cooking class. A professional chef will work with your group and you will be responsible for preparing a traditional Puglia meal. You will start in the morning by going to the local market and shopping for ingredients. In the afternoon the chef will assist you in the preparation of the   dishes.
5.  08:00 PM dinner at Restaurant Monte Callini.  
Overnight: at Hotel Monte Callini in San Gregorio.
 
Day 4: San Gregorio
1.  Breakfast at Hotel Monte Callini.
2.   11:00 AM Visit Castel di Salve Company - (Wines Company). Piazza Castello, 8 - Depressa di Tricase (LE)   
3.  12:45 AM Tasting lunch at the Wines Company.
4.  03:30 PM driving visit of the coast (Ciolo, Punta Ristola Leuca).
5.  06:00 PM visit of Tricase village.
6.  Dinner to on your own in Tricase.
Overnight: at Hotel "Monte Callini in San Gregorio. 
 
Day 5: San Gregorio /Lecce
1.Breakfast at Hotel Monte Callini.
2.  08:40 AM Luggage collection and check out.
3. 09:00 AM Bus transfer from San Gregorio to Lecce.
