La Casearia - an unforgettable and unique cow's milk cheese from Italy. It is quite soft and smooth, rubbed with herbs and spices on the rind.
Tasmanian Blue - boasts a light and creamy consistency and is bursting with flavour.
Chevre Noir - Canadian goat's milk cheddar
