We use only couverture quality chocolates and only natural flavorings, such as Fresh Passion Fruit Puree, Real Northern Michigan Maple Syrup, Italian Espresso, Dried Fruits and Roasted Nuts!
Right now, for Valentine's, we are featuring a sensuous Passion Fruit Ganache Bonbon, encased w/ White or Milk Chocolate,
Rectangles of Sicilian Fig Paste enrobed in Bittersweet or White Choclolate
For the Intense Dark Chocolate Lover, we just made Single Origin, 70% Cocoa Content, Tanzanian Ganache Truffles flavored w/ Espresso and enrobed in a Lighter Bittersweet Chocolate from the Cote d'Ivoire.
One of my favorites is the 54% Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache Truffle enrobed in Dark Chocolate and sprinkled w/ Sea Salt from the Britanny Coast in France.
And for the perfect after dinner finish w/coffee, we have our Mendiants, creamy half dollar size disks of White Milk or Dark Chocolate studded w/ Dried Cranberry and Apricot, Pistachio and Hazelnut
