April In Pellston??!!!  |

Bon Jour!! Some might think the saying was "April in Paris", but actually it originated from an old musical set in Pellston, I believe!
Just in case your travel plans don't transfer you from the Michigan mud season to gay Paris, don't worry, you can always celebrate the arrival of Spring right here with us in beautiful downtown Pellston!

Just wander in to Diane Kowalski's Antiques, Art and Collectibles! It is just across from the old train depot on US 31. Wander the many aisles, nooks and crannies and discover that lost piece of art glass your were dying for! 
Or was it a rare masterpiece, discovered in the cellar, behind some ancient tapestries???
Well after all of your exploring and digging, naturally you will be in search of The Pellston Market, an excellent bistro just three blocks North. You can relax and enjoy a decadent cup of chocolat chaud or a rich, steamy espresso with one of Brends's Frosted Vanilla Sugar Cookies, while writing a few postcards or chapters in your journal!  |

The next "April in Pellston Dinner at the Market" will be April 19th, featuring our Fabulous Mussels w/ Puff Pastry in a creamy Reduction Sauce over Stir Fried Baby Spinach and for the main course Oven Roasted Salmon Filet w/ Red Wine Butter Sauce !! It is really exceptional! Bon Appetit! 
Some of you may have guessed that, it is I, Nancy, who is attempting to create this newsletter and it is very frustrating because I don't know how to change the size of the boxes that I am confined to write in, I also don't know much about resizing the photos. I hope it comes alright on your computers!
As part of our "April in Pellston" promotion, I have ordered some beautiful French cheeses for you and they just arrived today! We have St. Nectaire, Raclette, Bleu de Basques, Delice de Bourgogne, Fromage D'Affinois, Roquefort by Carles... Ooh la la!
From Italy, we just received a new piece of Talleggio and some Mascarpone.
From Spain, new wheels of Cave Aged Rosemary Infused Manchego, Murcia al Vino, and Idiazabal.
