We only have five guests coming to dinner Saturday night (March 8th)! We need you to come and join us!

I changed the date from Friday to Saturday because we didn't have any response and then right after that we received 12 guest who wanted to come on Friday! They couldn't switch to Saturday and now we have only a small, wee little group!

If you haven't made any plans and are looking for something to do, give us a call and come on out for a true Nordic evening! We'll provided the snow and the cheese! The Fort in Ponshewaing (oops! spelled wrong!) has the classic white Swiss wine!

I ordered a full wheel of beautiful ripe, buttery, raw milk raclette from the Savoie region of the French Alps It is waiting to be melted and poured over hot, steamed French Fingerling Potatoes and Air Dried Speck from the Alto Adige , beautiful smoked, air dried ham from Northern Italy. Don't forget to add a little stone ground mustard and a pickled onion or cornichon!

If you drop you bread cube in the fondu, you have to kiss the one next to you! So be forewarned, there could be alot of bread falling off the skewars!

We will blend Le Tonneau, a nutty and fruity cave aged Swiss with Gruyere and Emmenthaler into an ethereal mixture scented with kirsch and nutmeg. To aid your digestion of these luscious cheese, we will serve a light and delicous citrus salad.

I will conjure up something special for dessert, I am not quite sure what it will be, so you will have to be surprised! We have apples and rich butter and cinnamon and sugar! Chocolate and caramel and key lime butterscotches! Surely, with all of that I will come up with something you will like! .
