Roquefort by
Carles - there are only 12 manufacturers of Roquefort
and Carles is the smallest and we think the best!
They make their cheese in the traditional way, by
growing the mold on bread and all of the fabrication
of the cheese is done entirely by hand. They are the
last ones doing Roquefort this way!.
Tomme Crayeuse - Fabulous Cow's Milk Cheese
imported from the Rhone-Alpes in the Savoie region
of France.
Munster AOC by Jean Rousset in the Vosges
Mountains.
Raclette - Raw Cow's Milk
Cheese. Blue de Basques - 100% Sheep's
Milk Blue from the French Pyrenees which took the
Medaille d'Or in Paris 2007!!
