Multiple award winning American Culinary Federation chef, Brenda Kloss-Phipps, now of The Pellston Market will be "strutting her culinary stuff" for you for two delectable evenings this month!

Roasted Eggplant Roulades w/Creamy French Feta, Arugula and Sweet Red Peppers, Drizzled w/ our own Infused Basil Oil

For the main course, Brenda will team up with Chef Tony to craft a luscious Seafood Bordelaise filled with Wild Sweet Gulf Coast Shrimp, "Dry Pack" Sea Scallops and North Atlantic Cod Loin enrobed in a satiny sauce made with seafood stock, a little Pernod, shallots, herbs, a bit of diced tomato, mushrooms and fresh cream, nested on a bed of Papparadelle pasta! You'll be in Heaven!

For your Salad Course, Brenda is preparing Crispy Mushroom Packages on Organic Greens glazed with a Ginger Aioli!

Dessert won't be forgotten! White Chocolate Hazelnut Towers with Blackberry and Raspberry Coulis and White Chocolate Ribbons

Brenda and crew This time Brenda and her crew will offer Pan Seared Crab Cakes with Roasted Corn and Red Pepper and a side of Pellston Market Remoulade Sauce Her crab cakes are awesome!

Main Course:Seared Ahi Tuna over Wild Mushroom Risotto, infused with White Truffle Oil, Finished with a Sweet and Tangy Bourbon Sauce!!! She won an award with this dish!

Salad Course:Green Salad with Toasted Pinenuts and Dried Cranberries, Dressed in Pomegranate Balsamic Vinaigrette and topped w/a Warm Goat Cheese Crouton

Dessert Specialty Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee with a Chocolate Brownie Lining!!

Reservations are necessary, by phone or in person w/ a credit card number to hold your table
we have a 48hr cancellation policy, so if you can't make it please try to find someone to take your place
You are welcome to bring your own libations
If you have any special requests please let us know in advance so we may accommodate you.

Brenda Kloss-Phipps joined the Pellston Market staff last Fall. Brenda is a Harbor Springs High School alumni, an active, double award winning member of the American Culinary Federation, former multiple award winning member of Greg Norman's 2004 "Taste of the Tidelands" culinary team, former award winning member of Myrtle Beach's Thoroughbred Restaurant's 2001/2002 culinary team at "Taste of the Tidelands and "Renaissance Gala" !!

It was while apprenticing with renowned Master Chef Rich Travis of Latitudes in Bay Harbor, Michigan that Phipps first realized food was her true passion. She has taken many roads since then and we are thrilled that one of them led her to us! I hope that you can come in and try Brend's cooking!
