Greetings!

What a great reminder this month (and every day, actually)! The message is about Acceptance of Optimum Health and about breathing life into your body.

Life has been hectic for me this past year (as it has been for many of you), and there have been some times I have forgotten to take care of myself. So my number one focus right now is Optimum Health to gently and lovingly bring my body back into balance.

Patience Henna
Wearing an Angelic symbol on your skin is a fun way to experience being infused with loving healing energy.

In 2006, I studied with angel expert, Doreen Virtue in Laguna Beach. After completing her course, I received my ATP certification (Angel Therapy Practitioner).
