I chose the symbol of good health because 4 years ago I was diagnosed with type 1 juvenile diabetes. I ignored the disease and let it control myself. Over the past 4 months I have learned alot about the disease, my body, and my self. I have become alot healthier and took control of the disease.

Short Page of Symbols
Writing in my journal with my favorite fountain pen is how I begin each day. It includes my thoughts and positive intentions, drawings of new ideas for jewelry, and plenty of Zibu symbols.

Here is a portion of this morning's journal entry. Isn't it a beautiful pattern of symbols? I find this to be a fun way to focus on my intentions for the day. I say the words outloud as I repeatedly draw the graceful symbols. Something wonderful happens when actually writing out the symbols. It infuses the energy of that symbol into each and every cell of my physical being.

So it is with great delight that I envision my day full of Optimum Health, Beauty, Love, Happiness...and so on...as I call upon the Angels using these poweful symbols.
