Breema Principles support you in all aspects of your life The Nine Principles of Harmony are the foundation of Breema. When you receive Breema bodywork, the expression of those principles creates an atmosphere of interconnectedness and harmony. That is what makes it so nurturing and revitalizing. By working with the Breema principles in your daily life, you can connect to that atmosphere within yourself, and nurture your body, mind, and feelings. To support this aim, our newsletters this year will highlight one principle each month, with simple suggestions for ways to put them into practice. When you come in for your Breema sessions, we will be available to talk about your experiences and questions, suggest Self-Breema that can support you, and, as always, help you connect to the atmosphere of presence and harmony in your Breema session.  |
Body Comfortable
Although simple, the principle of Body Comfortable is dynamic. Take a few breaths, and experience that your body is breathing, and that your body has weight on the ground. By continually returning to your own body's comfort and the registration of your own weight and breathing, several beneficial things happen. Your energy is renewed and refreshed. As you practice, your body lets go of tension. You are allowing yourself to fully participate in what you are doing.
