It's Time For Celebration!

Loyalty's very own Diana Eastman is a college student on a budget, and spent her final week of summer doing things for free or very cheap around Central Florida with her best friend! And now they want to share their experiences with you!

Visit a Natural Spring

Picture yourself floating down the crystal clear waters of a natural spring, swimming in the cool waters and feeling the sand between your toes. Escaping the Florida heat is a breeze when you visit a local spring! Rent a tube, pack a picnic lunch and become one with nature. This is a great way to teach the kids about the nature around them, and a great way for parents to provide all day entertainment at a very little cost.

Kelly Springs in Apopka offers crystal clear water to swim in, BBQs, nature trails, picnic areas, concession stands and camping grounds. Admission to the park is $3, and you can rent a tube for only $3 each!

"We found a place that rents tubes just before you enter the park, and they were only $3! We packed a lunch and had a fun filled afternoon for very little money! We are going to invite all of our friends next weekend for a BBQ at the Springs!"

Wekiva Springs is also another spring that is a great family experience that won't break the bank!
