"Captain Eo"
In 2009, the world lost a musical icon, Michael Jackson. But the King of Pop is "returning" to Tomorrowland in February for a limited engagement! The Captain Eo show was a very popular attraction from 1986-1997 when it was moved to Disneyland Paris.
It is a 3-D experience that was replaced by Honey, I Shrunk the Audience. After Jackson's death in 2009, fans petitioned for Captain Eo to come back to Disney.
"I personally remember seeing this show at EPCOT on my first
visit to DisneyWorld in 1988 and it was AMAZING!!, we just had to keep going around and around to see it again and again.
How many of you have seen this show before? let me know what you think"
....... Yvonne
This is a great opportunity to see the King of Pop at his best! |

Must-See Events All Year Long!
Beginning in March, Epcot will hold the Flower and Garden Festival, with live music from greats such as David Cassidy, Tony Orlando, The Nelsons, and many more!
Are you a Star Wars Fan? If so, you can't miss Star Wars Weekends, beginning in May!
Summer Nightastic is returning with a bigger and more impressive fireworks show than before! It's the perfect way to end a long day at the parks.
Fantasmic is back, with an "even more impressive dragon (the old one was 45 feet!), 50 live performers, and effects, like film projected onto walls of water-mist. The show takes place in the imagination of Mickey Mouse as he does battle with Evil." Sounds like a blast!
If you want a totally unique dining experience while you're here, look into the Surf's Up Breakfast with Mickey and Friends. Enjoy an omelette station, wood-burning oven-baked breads, chilaquiles and grilled breast of chicken, plus the kiddie offerings of Mickey waffles, Minnie pancakes and chocolate-peanut butter-banana French toast.
But wait! To top it off, "learn to surf" with Mickey or take a hula hoop lesson!
