It's back to school time, and for many of us, back to work! Clients and coaches alike continue to mention how September is a time for new starts.
 
Yesterday I dropped my son off for his first day of Kindergarten - a real milestone for him. It's a new start for us as we moved into a new home a few weeks ago. I am really enjoying a much larger office with a fantastic view!
 
To support you in your new starts we have the 90 Day BizSuccess Program starting October 2 (Fridays from 11- 12 noon ET). This program is designed for business owners - new and experienced - who want to take their business to the next level, and are looking for new business tools and accountability. For coaches wanting to create their own group coaching programs, we also have the Group Coaching Essentials program starting next week - Tuesday September 15th at 10:30 am (ET).

Six Must Have Resources
Looking for an additional punch for your next program? Here are 6 resources you will want to consider bringing in:
 
Postcards - Materials for participants to send themselves after a program - a letter of commitment, a personal vision, or their key takeaways.
Collage material - Never underestimate the power of play. Gather up old newspaper, magazines, and stickers and bring them in as collage materials for your next program. Use them for visioning work, celebration etc. Dollar stores usually stock a range of materials for scrapbooking which can also be fun resources.
A Great Bridgeline - MaestroConferece has just come out with a new bridgeline service which even allows you to put particpants into their own virtual rooms, from a central source.
TimeBridge - Timebridge is a neat, and free, calendar service which allows you to more easily schedule times with groups. Visit them at http://www.timebridge.com
Materials which are ReadyToRoll!- Many of you will have heard me speak about one of the newest products I launched a few months ago with colleague Deborah Grayson-Riegel. Choose from six different workbooks which are fully customizable for your own brand, and programs. Purchase online at http://www.readytorollout.com.
ConstantContact: Keeping in touch with your clients and community is really important. Filling your group programs means being in ongoing dialogue and adding value. I've used Constant Contact for over five and a half years now and have never been disappointed.

Upcoming Program Dates: Group Coaching Essentials and the 90 Day BizSuccess Program
The Group Coaching Essentials   starts on Tuesday Sept 15th at 10:30 am (ET).The program is now accredited for 6.25 Continuing Coach Education Units from the ICF (for ACC, PCC and MCC recertification). If you are a coach looking to expand their work into the rapidly growing area of group coaching, this program will provide you with tools, templates, structure and ideas to take your group coaching programs forward.
 
We cover design, implementation, exercises and marketing best practices and tips, as well as exercises for group coaching.

90 Day BizSuccess Program: Starts October 2nd (Fridays 11- 12 noon ET)
Get ready for a kick start to focus in on your business goals and be able to say that you are in a different place at the end of the year!
 
We've added a new session for the 90 Day BizSuccess program as our September start date is full. Join me on Fridays 11 - 12 noon Eastern starting October 2nd. Group call dates: October 2, 16, 30, Nov 6, 20, December 4 and 18, plus final call on January 8, 2010.
 
This 3 month program supports you in strategically focusing in on your business, and creating an accountability structure for you in taking action and getting results. Each call has a different theme, with exercises designed for you to take steps forward with your business. Topics include business vision, budgeting, systems to boost productivity, marketing, social media and what makes you unique as a business.
 
The program includes 8 group coaching calls (1 hour each), a 1-1 monthly coaching call with me (20 min), the BizSuccess e-Manual (approx 80 pages), as well as 36 e-biz tips delivered to your inbox over the program. We also meet for a group follow up call after the program is over.
 
Cost: $397 US for the entire program - that's about $132 a month for group and individual coaching! Space is limited to 6-8 business owners.
