Upcoming Programs for March and April
Are you preparing to launch your own group coaching program this spring or summer?

Here's our line up for the next couple of months -- just in time to support you in creating your best programs yet!

Group Coaching Essentials(TM) -
This is one of our most popular programs which supports coaches to design, market and implement and market their own group coaching program. The program will provide you with best practices, tools, templates and a system to create your own program (whether its in person or by phone). For a complete program description, click here.

Choose from either:
Wednesdays from 8-9:15 pm (ET/NY)/5-6:15 pm (PT): April 2, 9, 23 and 30th, plus a fifth call in late May/early June (at a time convenient for the group)
OR
Thursdays 10:30 - 11:45 am (ET/NY)/7:30 - 8:45 am (PT): April 3, 10, 24 and May 8, plus a fifth call in June

Space is limited to 4-6 coaches per session. Cost $250 US/Canadian (which also includes an 85 page manual, pre-and-post course 1-1s with me and up to 2 hours of individual support as requested throughout the 2 month program). Click here to register and pay by PayPal or email me to reserve your spot.

Group Program Design Virtual Intensive:
Saturday March 29 (10-4pm ET) or Tuesday April 8 and 15th (7-10 pm EST)
Looking to develop a new program quickly and haven't found the time to get to it?

Give me six hours and I guarantee that you'll have a program ready to go! During the Group Program Design Virtual Itnensive we will go through a systematic process enabling you to quickly create your own new group program. 75% of former participants have left the day (or two evenings) with not just one, but two new program drafts - outline, exercises and marketing materials.

The virtual intensive is held by phone and includes a series of short hourly group calls and then structured individual exercises which you will do at home/in your office to apply your learning right away. One of the best things is that all your materials and ideas are probably there in the office already.

This virtual intensive will get you to walk your talk when it comes to launching a new program.

Cost: $150 Canadian/US (includes the Virtual Intensive, a Manual and a group follow up call)

Space is limited to 8. Click here for more information or to register

8 Essential Group Coaching Tools

Copyright 2008 - Jennifer Britton | Potentials Realized

A frequently asked question I often get asked is "What coaching tools can I use with my groups"? The great news is most of what you've got at your fingertips. As a trained coach, you've already got a number of really powerful tools you can adapt from your 1-1 work to the group context.

Next time you are asked to work with a team or a group, or even a speaking engagement, think about how you could bring in the following tools to your programs:

         The Wheel of Life

         Values

         Visualizations

         Future Self/Higher Being

         Action Planning

         Powerful Questions

         Metaphors

         Brainstorming/MindMapping

Use your creativity and intuition to see how these could benefit your next set of group or team clients.

Not a trained coach and don't know what some of these terms mean? Two great resources I usually recommend for non-coaches to get an idea about coaching are:

Coactive Coaching, 2nd Edition. Kimsey house, Whitworth and Sandahl, 2007. The Second Edition includes a number of PDF files you can print out and use with your clients.

The Coaching At Work Toolkit - Perry Zeus and Suzanne Skiffington, McGraw Hill, 2003.

You can pick up both books here.

I hope that you have a great start to spring! Our 4th Birthday is just a few weeks away so I hope that you will keep posted for some special announcements at the start of April. Also keep your eyes open for the launch of the revamped Potentials Realized site.

As always, I welcome your thoughts and comments and look forward to continuing to act as a resource for you.

Warm regards,
