Arizona to Oregonians: No Taxpayer Money for Abortions
Only weeks left to give Oregonians the right to say "NO MORE!"

Yesterday, the Arizona State Senate voted 18-8 to stop using taxpayer money to fund abortion providers in their state.
Lifenews.com reported that Alliance Defense Fund Senior Counsel Steven Aden said,
"The hard-earned tax money of Arizonans shouldn't be funneled to groups that perform abortions. This law ensures that public funds will not be used to subsidize the activities of organizations like Planned Parenthood that have demonstrated, nationwide, that they care more about their bottom line than they do about women or the proper use of taxpayer money."
Governor Brewer is expected to sign the bill into law.
Just days ago, Lifenews.com reported that the State of Oregon (using your tax dollars), "has paid for abortions for women receiving public assistance. . . since 1984."
According to the Oregon 2012 Petition Committee, one third of all abortions in Oregon are funded by taxpayers. From 2003 to 2009, that amounts to $11.1 million in your tax dollars was spent on 26,000 abortions!
On April 17, I sent an email drawing attention to this issue to 5,100 subscribers, 99% of which are Evangelical Christians, most of whom live in Oregon. I provided the web site whereby they could sign the petition, download the petition, and become involved in the effort to place an initiative on the November 6th Oregon Ballot in which Oregonians could vote on whether they wanted their tax dollars to fund abortion. I followed that with another email blast to that same group a few days later.
Only 69 of the 5,100 clicked through to the the website. Is our doubt and unbelief this great? What does this say about us? Our concern for the innocents? And our conscience as those who will stand before God?
Please! Stop what you are doing and click on the website! Click here to make a difference. Determine to be part of the solution. Spread the word!
- Sign the Petition!
- Print out a clean copy (8.5" x 11" with 10 signatures to a page) on your printer
 . Make three copies or more. Go get the 30 signatures, whatever it takes. 5,000 times 30 ='s 150,000 signatures, all that is required to put this initiative on the November 6th Ballot! - Take 100 copies with you to hand out at work, to your pastor(s), to any Christian organization or Civic Club in which you are a member. Pass them out, 3 to a person. Tell them the goal, and challenge them to do their part.
- Stand up! Speak up! Boldly call others to action; to sign the petition you have in your hand; to take and carry pages to their place of work, and worship, their Bible Studies, groups and organizations.
- Lead! Collect signatures and make your citizenship on earth worthy of your citizenship in heaven and the Sacrifice of our Saviour!
- Forward this email to as many of your friends as you can, asking them to sign the petition, collect signatures, and tell their friends as well. SPREAD THE WORD!
- Use Facebook and Twitter to tell your friends about the petition, And by all means, do not say to yourself, "Let someone else do it! I don't have time."
- Please...Take the time!
