Greetings!  

There comes a time in our personal lives when in our pride we so harden our hearts and stiffen our necks toward the gracious offer of Life that is found only in Christ, that there is 'no remedy.'  The same holds true for nations as seen in the above passage of Scripture. 

As God sent the Chaldeans to destroy everything Judah held dear, "and had no  
compassion on young man or virgin, old man or aged", so He is able to do to America.  

We mock His 'messengers' who warn us - including our leaders - that God will not long endure our willful destruction of the innocent who are created in His Image; our refusal to educate our children in the nurture and admonition of the LORD; nor the removal of any mention of His Name in their schools while teaching them instead that they are the products of time, chance, and primordial soup.

"Despising His words," petty bureaucrats, judges, and those we elect to office, order us not to use the Name of Jesus in public prayers, while portraying homosexual behavior to our children as normal; so called same sex "marriage" as a "right"; all, in complete defiance of God's authority as they 'scoff' at the revealed Word of God.  

What might He say about America in the twenty first century?  Further, what might He bring upon this nation - born by the Providential Hand of God - when we who profess His Name as LORD of lords and KING of kings remain apathetic, indifferent, cynical, and faithless, like the people of Jeremiah's day, believe it won't happen to us? 

Is our demise near at hand when those who seek to be President of the United States - aided by a 'scoffing' media that has rejected even the existence of 'the eternal rules of order and right' - avoid these issues in their 'debates'? 

Clearly there is no 'remedy' in either the current administration, the House and Senate, or the powers behind either the Democrat or Republican Parties whose goal is no more than to retain or gain power to suit their own agendas by manipulating us all.

There Is a 'Remedy'

The only 'remedy' to restore America to the wisdom, principles and values of our Founders and the Scriptures they held dear, is for His people to be awakened, and mobilized in far greater numbers, to VOTE for the candidate whose values and principles are clear, whose life and commitments are proven.

Do not listen to the voices of the media who only repeat the talk on the street promulgated by each Party's spokesman who say what they think will get our votes.  The establishment republicans and democrats are engaged in a nasty and ignoble search and destroy campaign to destroy any candidate who is not their choice and are already predicting who will win to persuade you to give up and go along. 

They underestimate the Power of God to work in His people, if we would but listen to His Voice as we evaluate each candidate! 

We the people ARE THE GOVERNMENT! Those we elect are OUR SERVANTS, not we theirs!

Do not be deceived! God is not mocked!  He laughs at their schemes, and at the same time calls His people to place their trust in Him, listen to His indwelling Holy Spirit, and Vote accordingly in the upcoming Primaries in your respective state, as citizens, first of heaven, then, citizens of America. 

Dearest LORD, wise beyond comprehension, persuade our hearts that you are able to deliver us, and our country, if we will simply take you at your Word, place our trust in You, and encourage our brethren to do the same. In the Name above every Name we pray, Amen.
