Extending The Debt Limit - To Extend...or Not To Extend
 
The battle to control America's future

Yesterday, the United States House of Representatives voted 318 to 97  in opposition to raising the nations debt limit.  In spite of the fact that Obama administration officials warned over the last several months that not raising the debt limit would be "devastating" and "catastrophic" to the nation's credit standing in the world, with ominous consequences, 82 democrats joined every republican to say "No" to any increase.  Seven democrats voted "present."  

 

Seems "the 97" democrats didn't get the message from their constituents during their Memorial Day week off, nor the CBS Poll Report showing 63% of Americans oppose raising the debt ceiling and only 27% support it. 

 

Apparently 'the 97' would rather see us sink into economic oblivion by increasing the federal borrowing limit by $2.4 trillion over the already unsustainable $14.5 trillion than offend their government dependent, give me another handout, constituents. 

 

And thus lies the problem with the radically ignorant and economic imbecility of the new democrat party in America.  They are indifferent to, and disdainful of the wishes of a sizable majority of American people, sound economics, and the preservation of America's Judeo Christian values and principles.  Their priorities are getting re-elected and forcing a secular, anarchist/socialist agenda on the American people whether we want it or not, the antithesis of what the word 'democratic' means.

What the 2012 elections are all about

 

Very simply put, the upcoming 2012 elections are all about what we believe.  We either believe we are a nation founded under God and in the wisdom of God by Godly men, or we believe we are a nation under men, and should be guided by the wisdom of fallen men. 

 

We either believe that as citizens of heaven and citizens of earth, we have a duty to VOTE, to choose our leaders in order to protect and preserve what has been won for us first at the Cross of Jesus Christ and then by millions who have died since for those blessings, or we do not.

The necessity therefore of turning out an enlightened, Born Again, Evangelical Christian VOTE is critical.

 

It cannot be assumed that Obama and democrats will be easily defeated and Christian world view conservatives will prevail.

 

The America2012 Project is all about reaching, mobilizing, and turning out 3 million more Bible believing Christians to Vote than in 2008.
