Greetings!
There is a new film coming out starring Denzel Washington about a runaway train destroying everything in it's path. The drama is whether it can be stopped before it does including the innocent and unsuspecting. Fortunately it is just a film. The real thing however is careening down the tracks in Washington D.C. with Senator Harry Reid and everyones favorite engineer Nancy Pelosi on a run that will do far more damage than a runaway freight train. |

As if Reid and Pelosi were on another planet on November 2nd, they returned to Washington as if the voters gave them the green light to go full speed ahead toward their goal of a moral and fiscal train wreck of unimaginable destruction - proof positive that the American voters knew what they were doing when they threw dozens of Pelosi's lapdogs off the train. To our misfortune, the vanquished all came back determined to complete their con of the American people!
Showing their cowardice and robotic loyalty to the scheme, they couldn't muster the courage - or the votes - to unseat the Queen from her destructive perch! Never mind that the people of America made it clear they did not want what Pelosi and Reid were pushing - moral chaos and destabilization of the military; higher taxes on those who create jobs; union control of labor; sky rocketing energy costs; and government controlled healthcare.
Now, they want their soon to be gone fellow Senators to sign a missile reduction treaty with the less than trustworthy Russians, on short notice!
Can they really ignore the lesson of trying to pass the healthcare bill in two weeks to please the Commander in Chief? Remember the Healthcare bill, the one we would find out what was in it after they passed it? Permit me to say that the Harry and Nancy Show is Saturday Night live with a twist of sobering reality. Their disdain for the voters of America, and the Constitution is nothing short of malfeasance of office if not traitorous. |

But thats not all!
There is another treaty Harry Reid would like to see passed: CEDAW, the euphemistically named "United Nations' Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women." CEDAW seeks to establish U.N. authority over American domestic law, and to redefine forever the role and function of the family in American society.
CEDAW is being considered in a Senate foreign relations sub-committee hearing led by Harry Reid's good friend in the re-ordering of American society, liberal Senator Richard Durbin of Illinois.
Here is a link to Michael Farris' paper regarding the dangers of CEDAW, in which he warns, "Feminist internationalists intend to use international law to coerce the restructuring of the institution of the family and the role of every man and every woman on the planet."

The battle for America is not over. It has just begun in earnest, and Christians must be vigilant and on guard during this dangerous last two months of 2010 when all those we removed from office are back in Washington to complete their agenda, led by Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi.
