In Thy Name shall they rejoice all the day; and in Thy righteousness
shall they be exalted.

Greetings!
'Rejoicing' is not something we see a lot of today, especially when the news on a daily basis is increasingly disquieting, troubling and even frightening.
The Psalmist however writes that we who put our faith in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are not to be troubled by the foolishness and folly of men. On the contrary, we are to be exemplified by a spirit of rejoicing, all day, every day, because of what God has already reckoned as finished. And how does that happen in our lives? When we realize He has already reconciled the world to Himself through His death on the cross to as many as received Him as their Saviour by childlike and simple faith in a spirit of gratitude and humility. As the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and end of all things on this earth, He has revealed our place as His children, in eternity with Him, away from the miseries, sadness, and death of this sin cursed world. He is our provider, here, and in the world to come, our rock, our fortress, our deliverer, our refuge and high tower.
Upon thoughtful reflection upon the mercies of God, we who are His - if troubled by our circumstances and the worries of this world - need only cast our eyes and cares upon Him for He "Careth for you," to enter "His rest." Enter that 'rest' today, and the rejoicing that follows a heart of reflection, and His His provision for each one of His children, will follow as the day follows the night. |

Our Father and our God, open our eyes to see what only born again eyes can see. Give us hearing ears as we 'hear' the Spirit's voice speak peace, and rest to our souls through the written and living Word. Cause us to see that You and You alone are the only way to life and peace, meaning and purpose, joy and strength for the challenges of this world. May we see You high and lifted up, and nations one day looking only to You as KING of kings, and LORD of lords. And in that knowledge, change our hearts from disquiet and worry to hearts full of You that others may see the joy of the LORD in our faces and hear the pleasantness of Your Spirit in our voices and words. May our lives sing in the rejoicing of Who You are. In our Saviour's Name we ask these things, Amen. |

The LORD is my strength and my shield, my heart trusted in Him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise Him.

Moving Forward
Restore America has been calling Christians to awaken to their citizenship duty and voting responsibility for eleven years. Given the increasing threat to the nation by the ungodly and the salt and light ambassadors we are called to be by our Saviour, our message is more important than ever. Please help us continue that effort.
