Elena Kagan's far left political views and support for gays in the military should come as no surprise, but given her political activism and views on several important issues, can she be trusted to render objective decisions based solely on the Constitution and not her political views?  Her record strongly suggests she cannot.

 

Yesterday, on the floor of the U.S. Senate, Senator Jeff Sessions, Republican of Alabama, and ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, detailed her duplicity and double standard while "an influential Dean" at Harvard.  Afterward, Sessions said, "Ms. Kagan lacks experience as a judge, as a lawyer, and as a scholar. Much of her career has been spent actively engaged in liberal politics - not legal practice."

In another article Kagan's views on abortion, special rights for gays in the military, gun rights and gay marriage are easily seen.  It is also clear that her testimony before the same Judiciary Committee in 2009 about her earlier views was simply deceitful and meant to deceive.

 

 

Restore America has been calling Christians to awaken to their citizenship duty and voting responsibility for eleven years.  Given the increasing threat to the nation by the ungodly and the salt and light ambassadors we are called to be by our Saviour, our message is more important than ever. What we CAN do, and What we SHOULD do 

 

Over the last several decades millions of Christians, out of apathy, ignorance, or indifference chose not to vote in election after election. That fact alone has contributed greatly to the moral, spiritual, and political disintegration of America. That can be changed, as well as the direction of the nation - in this coming election - if our pastors and Christian leaders across  America call the people of God to their citizenship responsibility.  Please urge them to do so.
